Start with the Offer. Enter your Offer Name for reference, and the Offer Expiration Date.
The Item / Container Section provides potential buyers with the details of what you have to sell. Select the Location where this product is currently stored. Our system supports multiple warehouse/shipping locations for companies that have more than one. Choose the Product Group (Stevia for this example) and enter the Product Name (PyureBlend SE). The Shelf Life in Days for the product will need to be entered. Select the Container (Bag) and Unit of Measurement (lbs.). Can the buyer purchase a single lot from the lots available, or must they buy the whole Offer? Is the product Palletized?
Now you are ready to enter the lots you have to sell in the Lot Section. Enter a Lot Number to identify each of your lots. Add the Quantity and Expiration Date of each lot. If an Extension has been given to the product, you can indicate that. The % of Shelf Life Remaining will automatically be filled in for you. Then enter in the Cost per Unit that you are seeking for the lot.
